A buzzing London trattoria, Bombetta adds a touch of class to rustic Italian street food. Bombetta is originally from the farming communities of Puglia where the land was devoted to olive groves, and room to grow trees for firewood was scarce. As fuel was precious, farm workers would head to the local butcher and feast on Bombetta from his communal oven.
The weekend brunch menu is verbalised on the day. Always on offer is their full Italian breakfast (sausages, Sicilian pancetta, mushrooms, beans in Puglian tomato sauce & scrambled or fried egg with toast for £10.00!
